The court system is looking to streamline its processes to allow more online activity, which enhances accessibility and efficiency and reduces administrative costs.
The Civil Procedure Rules have a fundamental objective, a clearly stated reason for their existence. It is referred to as the overriding objective that all cases are conducted fairly and justly.
